An exchange can be made with an item of equal or lesser value available in the online shop. Original shipping charges are non refundable.

Return shipping costs & instructions

Returned items must be shipped back in their original packaging. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, and assumes the risk of loss or damages during the return shipping (unless covered by purchased insurance on the parcel).

Damaged items in original shipping to customer

Each item is carefully packaged to safely arrive to its destination. I have rarely experienced an item to break while being to shipped to a customer, however it can happen. If there should be any damage caused during shipping, please take a photograph of the damaged item (for insurance purposes) and contact me as soon as you receive your package. Arrangements will be made for an exchange.
